How it works
The business owner sets the direction. The team shares its knowledge. I connect the dots.
One working session to set the direction, a team that writes down what it knows how to do, and a memory everyone uses, in my app or in their own AI. Then we keep it up to date, together.
We set where the company is heading
Vision, 14-section strategy, the year's goals, organisation. A 20 to 30-minute session is enough to get started.
Structure →Everyone writes down what they know how to do
Processes, rituals, methods, lessons learned: written with me, kept up to date by the people who put them into practice.
The Library →Everyone uses it
Decide, find, produce: in my app, or in their own Claude or ChatGPT, with their own permissions.
Produce →The journey
Step by step.
The business owner answers, I prepare.
They give me the company's website, its documents, what they want to say. I read everything and suggest the answers; they confirm, correct, or leave it for later. Twenty to thirty minutes, with a break if they want one.
I build the workspace.
Five to eight minutes: the 14-section strategy, the goals, the organisation, the Library and the first tasks. Whatever was empty gets written; whatever already existed is suggested, never overwritten.
Nothing goes in without agreement.
One item at a time: first what doesn't fit, then the rest, topic by topic. Keep your version, correct it, or take mine.
Everyone comes in with their role.
Partners, team members, consultant: each has their own profile, their permissions and their space.
Everyone writes down what they know how to do.
The salesperson writes their sales process, the head of production her method, the manager their team's ritual: with me, starting from a template or from their own document. Leadership decides what becomes an Essential, the rule for everyone.
You ask the question that's been hanging around.
I already know the context. A clear-cut opinion, or I challenge you first. What we decide becomes tasks.
You get the right documents drafted.
A task needs a document? I draft it from what the company has written, wearing the right expert's hat and in the person's own voice.
Everyone connects Claude or ChatGPT.
One link to paste: their assistant reads the company's memory, with their own permissions, and runs more than 60 skills.
You never start from scratch again.
Everyone updates what they wrote when their practice changes. Documents that need re-checking come up in the Review. The business owner sets their next session, and I remind them.
What it changes
Each step feeds the next.
I read the whole structure before I answer: I never ask the same question twice, and I spot what's missing.
- What your structure is missing, I recommend
- A written ritual becomes a recurring task
- A document applies your Essentials and its author's voice
- Claude and ChatGPT start from the same version as I do
“You already told me you don't work with large accounts. I won't ask you again: it's in your target customers.”
Me, during your second session
A living memory
A memory that grows with your company.
The business owner evolves the strategy. Each team member shares and updates their methods and rituals. As for me, I keep it all in one place, up to date, and give it to whoever needs it.
Direction
Vision, strategy (CED), goals, organisation.
Know-how
Processes, rituals, methods, lessons learned.
What already exists
Your website, your brochure, your org chart, your budget…
Your company's memory, a single version
What your company knows, in one place, dated and checked. Nothing is overwritten, nothing is deleted.
The whole team
Everyone reads what their role opens up to them, and uses it to work.
Me, Marcel
I re-read everything before every answer and every document.
Claude and ChatGPT
They read the same memory, with each person's permissions.
Where you stand
Your structure score, your leadership summary, and the next thing to do.
We take stock again
You set the next one, in a month or in three. On the day, I remind you.
Dated documents
Every document says whether it's up to date, and until when. The ones to re-check come up.
Everyone keeps things current
Whoever knows updates their process or ritual. The whole team works from the new version.
One instruction applies everywhere
“Stop using the word coach”: I correct your whole strategy, with a before / after.
The details, page by page
Your company's memory, built together
The session, the CED, the goals, the organisation, the Library, the Review.
All your knowledge, ready to work
Decide, draft, move tasks forward, practise: by role.
Your AI finally knows your company
A shared memory, read by everyone's assistant, with their own permissions.
