In Claude & ChatGPT
Your AI finally knows your company.
Keep working in Claude or ChatGPT. Plug me into it: your assistant reads your company's memory, the one the business owner and the team write together, up to date, and with your permissions.

Why
A brilliant AI that knows nothing about you.
Without context, you re-explain your company in every conversation, and get an average answer for an average company. With my memory plugged in, your assistant starts from the latest version of your company: your clients, your offers, your prices, what you say no to, your tone.
- No more pasting your brochure into every conversation
- No more “project” to update by hand
- The same version for the whole team, and for me
- #181 Follow up on October's quotes — Camille
- #190 Update the sales pitch — Hugo
Before / after
The same request. A different answer.
- KPI update [to be completed]
- Ongoing projects [to be completed]
- Any other business
- Clients goal: 12 / 20, two months behind pace
- The invoicing process, still not written
- A decision: hire a second salesperson, or not
“I already have ChatGPT.” Exactly.
I don't replace your AI: I give it what it lacks. Even if you drop your files into a project, the essentials are missing.
| What matters | Your AI alone | Your AI and your files (projects, custom assistants) | Your AI and Marcel |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it knows about your company | Whatever you re-explain, every time | The files you uploaded | The team's strategy, goals, organisation and methods |
| Who writes it | Nobody | You, alone, if you have the time | I interview you: 14 strategy sections, 66 document templates |
| Up to date | — | As long as someone re-uploads the right version | Every document is dated; the ones to re-check come up |
| For the whole team | Everyone on their own | One copy per project, to rebuild | A single version, written together |
| Permissions | — | The same access for everyone | Everyone sees what their role opens up, and so does their AI |
| From one AI to another | — | To redo in every tool | The same memory in Claude and in ChatGPT |
| Its sources | It fills in the gaps | Sometimes | It tells you what it read |
One memory, many people
Written together. Read by each person, with their permissions.
The business owner set out the strategy, the team wrote down its methods. Everyone connects their own assistant: it reads the same memory, but only what their role opens up.
“Where are we on our three goals?”
Their assistant reads the goals, their measures and the whole team's tasks.
“What's stuck in my team this week?”
Theirs reads their team's ritual and the tasks they can see.
“How do we onboard a new client?”
Theirs reads the process a colleague wrote, in its latest version.
Your team members connect their assistants too. Nobody ever sees anyone else's conversations with me.
How
Three steps. Two minutes.
You copy a link
In Marcel, “Connecter à mon IA” (Connect to my AI), at the bottom of the menu. The page gives you the steps for Claude and for ChatGPT.
You paste it into your assistant
In Claude's connectors, or ChatGPT's (a Plus subscription is enough).
You log in
With your Marcel account. That's it: your assistant knows your company.
Under the hood: the MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector, the open standard that plugs a data source into an AI assistant.
What your company has formalised
- Your strategy, the CED's 14 sections
- Your company and your goals, with their progress
- Your Library: processes, rituals, roles, documents, and the Essentials
- What I remember about your company, and the rules I follow
- Your team, your tasks, your calendar
Real work, with your permissions
- It answers based on your company, not companies in general
- It creates, edits and comments on your tasks
- It runs the skills in my catalogue: more than 60 ready-to-use ways of working, by area
- Each skill reads what your company has written for itself
What you can ask it
You ask. It already knows what you're talking about.
Prepare the proposal for the Saint-Paul clinic.
Sum up our acquisition strategy in five points for the new salesperson.
Create a task for Jade: follow up with Dupont on Friday.
Write the job ad for the project manager role.
What does our invoicing process say about deposits?
Prepare the agenda for Thursday's leadership committee.
For the whole team
Each member connects their own assistant, with their own permissions: a team member reads the strategy and the processes, and moves their tasks forward. A new hire asks their AI their questions, and it answers with what your company has written down.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a paid Claude or ChatGPT subscription?
For ChatGPT, a Plus subscription is enough. For Claude, you need a plan that lets you add connectors. Marcel's “Connecter à mon IA” (Connect to my AI) page gives you the up-to-date steps for each.
Is my data used to train an AI?
Not on my side: your data isn't used to train AI models (it's in my Terms of Sale). On the assistant side, your Claude or ChatGPT account settings apply.
What about Le Chat, Copilot or Gemini?
Today, I connect to Claude and ChatGPT. Tell me which one you use: that's what decides the next ones.
Can I use Marcel without an external assistant?
Yes. Everything can also be done in my app: talking with me, drafting documents, moving tasks forward. The catalogue skills, though, run in Claude or ChatGPT.
Can my assistant delete anything?
No. It creates, edits and comments on tasks with your permissions, never more, and can't delete anything. Every change is signed “via Claude” or “via ChatGPT” in the log.
