The right-hand option
I do the work. They sit across from you.
I know your company and I work with you every day. But some decisions are better made by two, in front of someone who has already seen a hundred companies like yours. That's the role of the right-hand people in my network.
Thirty minutes, no commitment. You leave with an opinion, even if you don't take it further.
What I see every day
Leading often means deciding alone.
Your team expects answers, your partners have their opinion, and so does your banker. Nobody is paid to tell you, to your face, that you're going round in circles.
The heavy issues get pushed back
The price that needs reviewing, the key hire, the partner who's no longer on board. They get put off to next quarter, then the one after.
Nobody to say “I don't know” to
Some doubts you don't share with your team. They stay in your head, and they weigh on every decision.
The day-to-day eats up the rest
Between clients, emergencies and payroll, there are never two hours left to step back. So you steer by sight.
What you gain
An outside view, and someone who keeps track.
You make the call
One session is often enough to unblock what's been dragging on for weeks. We set out the issue, look at the options, you decide.
You see your blind spots
A right-hand person has seen other companies, other sectors, other mistakes. They ask you the question you're avoiding.
You stick to your decisions
Someone will ask you where you've got to. And between sessions, I follow up, remind you what was decided, and prepare what comes next.
Nothing to re-explain
Your right-hand person works in your Marcel space. They read your strategy and your goals before the very first session.
You're no longer alone
The issues you don't share with the team finally have someone to talk to. Discreet, external, on your side.
You pay for what you need
One session for a specific issue, or regular support: you choose, and you adjust when your situation changes.
Why two of us
The best of a human, the best of me.
Me alone
- I know your whole company
- I'm there at any hour
- I produce the documents
- But I'm not sitting across from you
A consultant alone
- A human eye and experience
- But you have to tell them everything
- Between meetings, nothing moves
- Their recommendations end up in a PDF
A right-hand person, with me
- They know your company from the first session
- They challenge you, face to face
- Between sessions, I move the work forward
- What you decide becomes tasks
No commitment
Once, or over time. It's up to you.
No consultant subscription, no annual package. You take what you need, when you need it.
One session to make the call
A specific issue — a price, a hire, a partnership. One session, one decision, and that's it.
A few sessions to lay the foundations
Your strategy, goals and organisation structured with someone across the table. Then you carry on with just me, or not.
A regular meeting
To steer: take stock, make trade-offs, hold your course. The pace adjusts to busy months and quiet ones alike.
You can switch formats or stop whenever you like. The price is set with you, based on the pace you choose.
How it goes
Four steps, and the first one commits you to nothing.
We talk
Thirty minutes with Olivier: your company, your issue, what you're expecting.
I introduce you to someone
A right-hand person from my network, chosen with you to fit your situation.
They join your space
With their own access. They read your strategy before meeting you.
You move forward, I keep track
You decide in the session; in between, I follow up and do the work.
Your questions
How much does it cost?
It depends on the pace. We set it together at the first conversation, before you commit to anything. A one-off session stays a one-off session.
Do I need to be using Marcel already?
Yes: your right-hand person works with me, in your space. That's what saves them from making you tell everything all over again, and what moves the work forward between your sessions. If you don't have an account yet, we open one at the start.
Who are these right-hand people?
Professionals who already support leaders of small businesses, SMEs and mid-sized companies, and who work with me day to day. Olivier introduces you to the one who fits your situation.
What do they see of my company?
Whatever you open up to them in your space, with their own access. You can remove it whenever you like.
What if I want to stop?
You stop. No notice period, no package to finish. Your strategy and everything you've built together stay in your space.
