My demo
A whole company. Three minutes to understand it.
You're here to
A real account: Klaris Digital, an agency of around fifteen people. Its owner has set the direction, its team has written down its methods, and I use them to produce. Follow the three steps below, then explore freely, as the owner or as a team member.
- Nothing to install, nothing to type in
- Two points of view: owner or team member
- I really answer, using the agency's data
Want to see what I'd do for your company? Do your first working session: I get to know your business and recommend the three priority topics to tackle. Your account also opens this demo for you.

Thirty minutes, by video call
I open the account live and answer using the company's data. You choose where to start:

The tour
Three steps, one minute each.
Once you're in the demo, open these three screens in order. You'll have seen what matters.
Open the strategy and the goals
The 14 sections, each with its level of clarity, and four measured goals, month after month.
Open the Library
Client onboarding, the Monday meeting, job descriptions. And what's still missing, at the top of the list.

Open a recurring task
The agenda for the Monday meeting arrives already written, based on the ritual and the week's tasks. All that's left is to approve it.
2. The client goal: where we stand
3. A decision to make together
Simplified mock-ups. The real screens are waiting for you in the demo.
What you'll find there
An agency halfway there: a good part is structured, the rest shows. That's what makes the demo speak for itself.
What's in place
The strategy in writing, four measured goals with their history, eleven people out of fifteen with a job description, the Monday meeting and client onboarding written by the people who run them.
What's missing
No invoicing process yet, and no annual review method. I recommend them at the top of the Library — watch how I go about it.
A team that produces
Tasks to approve, others overdue, documents written in each person's voice, and goals moving forward, month after month. A real week at an agency.
